Morocco

CITIES, desert, coast | 09.2019

Morocco felt like stepping back in time. At the crossroads of Africa and Europe, the country carries layers of history shaped by centuries of tradition, faith, and exchange. I moved between vibrant cities, quiet coastal towns, and the open desert — experiencing Morocco in a way that felt elevated yet deeply authentic. Part of the journey was shared with friends, and part of it I traveled alone, which made the experience feel both grounding and expansive. Despite the warnings I’d heard before arriving, I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout, free to wander, observe, and simply be present.
